September 1 – October 10, 2021
Recently, it seems that everywhere I go, I hear of another dream, vision or prophetic word of a tsunami wave, a mighty outpouring, a great revival and harvest coming to California. I am convinced that there is hope for California and that Jesus will save the Golden State.
I recently learned of a stunning dream from a friend named Armando, who has been a praying and fasting partner with me in Pasadena…
In his dream, He says, “[a group of us] were inside a house near the beach. We were all praying and worshipping and out of nowhere, (I saw it in the Spirit first, and then it manifested in the natural), the earth began to shake, the whole house was shaken, and the ground opened up. I knew it was an earthquake. Jesus then appeared to me in the dream and told me, ‘Grab my hand, we must go outside.’ I went outside with the Lord, and He pointed towards the beach and started prophesying, ‘Look to the water. Can you hear the sound of it? A tsunami is coming- a wave of my Spirit is coming to this nation.’ I immediately saw a huge tsunami hit the whole city. The Lord was standing there and told me, ‘You must win the battle on the ground first to take over a region. The Lord then raised his voice, and with authority, the earth began to shake again. Sound waves were released from his voice as He declared, ‘The battle of the land in California has been won. The soil of the ground is ready for the rain. NOW is the time for the rains of my Spirit.“
As soon as I heard this dream, I was struck with its significance and meaning…
I believe God is highlighting the convergence of two movements that will create regional shifts and usher in tsunami waves of revival, resulting in entire regions, cities and states harvested for Jesus. I believe it will be the convergence of the worship & prayer movements with the evangelism, signs and wonders movements. In the dream, an earthquake came during a time of worship and prayer. Just as an earthquake occured when the disciples prayed (Acts 4:31) and when Paul & Silas worshipped in the jail (Acts 16:25), God will shift hearts and atmospheres, and bring great freedom over entire regions that are engaged in fasting, prayer and worship.
But it can’t end with fasting, prayer, worship and our comfortable church services within the four walls.
There is a strong invitation from Jesus to His Church to “go outside” into the harvest fields and “take the ground” for His Kingdom to be established. When the church is outside and actively engaged in the harvest, the tsunami wave of revival will hit! I believe that “winning the battle on the ground” is a command to the Church of California to win the battle for souls. Jesus taught in the Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13) that the ground “or soil” represents the hearts of men, and the word of God is the seed. It is imperative that we begin sowing and harvesting now while the soil has been made soft and ready by the rains of His Spirit!
We are excited to announce the launch of Hope California- a prayer, worship and evangelism initiative for the salvation of California. We are calling California into 40 Days of fasting, prayer and worship, September 1 – October 10, to pray for rain and a great harvest in California. The first 30 days, the entire month of September, will be dedicated to fasting and prayer.
The last 10 Days of the fast will culminate in a 10-Day Blitz in 10 tents across 10 coastal cities of California. We are calling the army of God to add feet to their prayers, and join together in unity to flood California simultaneously with the love and good news of Jesus Christ.
Ways To Fast over the 40 Days (Sep 1 – Oct 10)
Pray and ask the Spirit to highlight how you should fast and pray over the 40 Days for California. Here are a few ways to engage:
– Fast 1-2 meals / day to dedicate to prayer
– Daniel Fasting (no meats or sweets)
– Liquid Fasting (please consult your doctor for health concerns)
– Entertainment / Media Fast

Ways to “Go” & Engage in The Harvest (Oct 1 – 10)
– Take 10 days off from work as a “full time missionary” to your own city in your regional tent.
– Volunteer each day / night in your regional tent. Be a part of the daily outreaches or serve in the tent at night.
